Questions and answers

What is Squad Plan?

A group outing planner. You answer a few easy questions about the city, the group and what you like, and it gives you three plans built from real places. Then your friends vote on one.

Is it free?

Yes. You get 5 plans a week for free, including voting links. Squad Plan Plus, with unlimited plans and extras, is coming soon at $4.99 a month. Everyone who joins now is a Founding member and may get a loyalty price when Plus launches.

Do my friends need an account to vote?

No. They open your link, pick Plan A, B or C, and can add their name if they want. You need an account to make plans.

Which cities does it work in?

Cities and towns in the United States, Canada and Mexico.

Does Squad Plan use AI?

It can. When AI is switched on, an AI model writes the plans from real places; otherwise plans are built automatically from map data. Every set of plans says which one it is, and you should double-check hours and prices before you go.

Who can use it?

Anyone 13 or older. Bars, pubs and clubs only appear in plans for groups where everyone is 21 or older.
